By TJ Photo: Winona County Health and Human Services (KWNO)- Winona County Public Health is holding a vaccine clinic today.   Public Health Supervisor Melanie Tatge told KWNO this morning the eligible populations for an appointment are:   -Individuals Over 65  – Childcare Providers (Proof of Employment Required)  – Health Care Workers (Proof of Employment Required)  – First Responders (Proof of Employment Required)  – Food Processing Facilities Employees (Proof of Employment Required)  – Individuals ages 16 to 18 years and older who:  o Have Sickle Cell 

(KWNO)- Winona County Public Health announced a series of COVID-19 vaccine appointments for eligible residents that are scheduled for Thursday and Friday.   The appointment-only clinics will be offered to residents who are part of the Phase 1b tier 2 and tier 3 priority groups at the East End Rec. Center in Winona.
