RIchmond to honors late VCU student through street naming
Soares, who had a passion for politics, was the youngest person to serve in Gov. Ralph Northam’s administration as the Asian American Pacific Islander Outreach Director as well as the Deputy Director of appointments for the State. Additionally, he worked on environmental-related issues for the late Congressman Donald McEachin and was a legislative aide to Del. Suha Subramanyam, D-Loudoun.
