Witness appeal after man carries out indecent act in Banff Police van Police are appealing for witnesses after claims that a man carried out an indecent act in a car in Banff. Officers received a report from a woman about the incident at Scotstown at around 3pm on Tuesday May 11. Following enquiries, a 50-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He appeared before Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday.
