On December 8, 2020, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan announced that the government had created a digital platform named CO-WIN for the purpose of vaccine distribution. Less than 24 hours later, a domain name https://co-win.co.in was registered offering the CO-WIN app to users, the only problem - it was not registered by the government but by a private group with shady history. ....
