Brandon Austin and his wife Cana are co-owners of the coffee shop, which also sells food and snacks such as sandwiches and baked goods. Originally slated for an April 3rd opening, Brandon and Cana came down with COVID-19 and had to push back the opening two weeks to April 17th. Three Twigs Bakery has found a new home on Springfield’s west side but its departure won’t be leaving a vacancy on Toronto Road. Owner Emily Lewis confirmed a contract has been signed to move the business to 3429 Freedom Drive, the former Pie’s the Limit site in Parkway Pointe. The bakery’s last day at 1370 Toronto Road is March 14. However, fans still will be able to purchase the bakery’s scratch-made pastries from the address.
