Participants from both the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho tribes were invited to dance for a national audience. Lynette Greybull is Northern Arapaho and was contacted by the Wyoming Democratic Party to put the group together. The Board also passed its fiscal year tax levy, and approved an intergovernmental agreement with Effingham Regional Career Academy. The St. Elmo board accepted a letter of resignation from Bobby Cox, and employed Ray Lake as fulltime custodian.

Recently, Gonzaga High School and singer Ray Lake launched the “It’s Gonna Get Better” initiative. It’s a video of the singer detailing his mental health journey, including a song he wrote about it.
