UK – Digital transformation company Kin + Carta has agreed to acquire data consultancy Cascade Data Labs and has sold its healthcare communications business Hive. The acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based Cascade Data Labs will bolster Kin + Carta’s data services and its regional expansion into the US Pacific Northwest.
