Margaret Montgomery of Wooster filed the Fair Labor Standards Act and state Minimum Fair Wage Standards Act complaint on behalf of herself and all others in a similar situation, according to court documents, and seeks damages, which include back overtime pay, from Homes County Sheriff Timothy W.
