A jury has found former Mount Carmel doctor William Husel not guilty on all 14 counts of murder.
More testimony from the pharmacy manager for Mount Carmel West is expected on Friday as the first week of the murder trial for Dr. William Husel continues.
Husel is currently facing 25 murder charges – accused of ordering excessive or potentially fatal doses of fentanyl be given to patients under his care.
