Driver enters no-contest plea in death of Officer Darrian Young
MONROE — A Lenawee County woman on Friday entered a no-contest plea to second-degree murder in the death of Monroe County Animal Control Officer Darrian Young in a drunken-driving crash last year. Michele Anne Dropulich, 47, of Hudson pleaded no contest Friday to the most serious charge against her, Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney Michael G. Roehrig announced. She is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 26 by Monroe County Circuit Judge Michael A. Weipert, who is presiding over the case.
