KPMG Removal Application Denied by High Court of Australia
The Victorian Supreme Court is fast becoming the jurisdiction of choice for class actions. On 18 November 2022, Justices Gageler, Gleeson and Jagot of the High Court of Australia refused the Removal Application from KPMG. We will see if KPMG seeks a Transfer Application.
