分析：中国央行意外降准提醒人们经济仍然脆弱

债券市场似乎正在对中国利率周期的转变做出反应，消化利率将在中期内下降的前景。甚至在宣布降准之前，本周早些时候有关即将降准的暗示，就导致中国10年期国债收益率创下今年以来的最大单周跌幅。
许多中国问题观察家认为，被新冠疫情压抑的需求现在已经达到了释放的顶点，由于出口疲软、生产者物价通胀激升以及中国政府继续打击房地产市场泡沫，现在的经济成长速度将会趋于温和。
不过，今年经济仍有望增长8%以上，而政府制定的目标为适度增长6%以上，表明加大宽松政策力度的压力不大。
“预计财政政策将继续侧重于受疫情影响最大的特定领域，如小企业。对房地产市场的宏观审慎紧缩政策预计也不会改变，”Ashmore Group研究副主管Gustavo Medeiros说。
瑞银集团的Narain说，周五举措的另一个关键在于，其他大型新兴市场可能会把它看作是自身经济未来的预兆。
