CHASE BOTTORF cbottorf@lockhaven.com LOCK HAVEN — The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has affirmed the decision of a county court ruling concerning an ongoing boundary line dispute between Woodward and Dunnstable townships. Woodward and Dunnstable townships had been locked in a legal battle regarding the municipalities’ boundary line for years. The two townships attempted to settle the dispute through discussion but couldn’t come to an agreeable conclusion. In 2018, the issue was finally taken to county court.
