WHEELING — Three individuals are suing Triad Hunter and SWN Production Company regarding gas and mineral rights. Jan Meredith, Luanne Beard and Cathy Meredith filed the lawsuit over oil and gas minerals in Tyler County that previously belonged to William H. Meredith and James R. Meredith who died and left their leases to their family, according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
