Donald Growdon 'Don' Lord, 76, loved to share his passion for the arts
WILLIAMSBURG — It is with great sadness that we write to let you know that Dr. Donald Growdon “Don” Lord, 76, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2020. As you may know, Don had been diagnosed with Lewy body dementia and had recently moved into a memory care facility in Williamsburg. On Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, Don tested positive for COVID-19. We are devastated that he is no longer with us but take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace. Don was a wonderful person and a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
