Hot Springs sets block grant spending plan
The Hot Springs Board of Directors adopted a spending plan last week for the city's $415,849 fiscal year 2023 Community Development Block Grant, the smallest annual allocation the city has received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development program since 2016.
