DART to expand Half Fare Program Jan. 1 BY BUSINESS RECORD STAFF Wednesday, December 16, 2020 3:19 PM The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority will expand its Half Fare Program on a pilot basis beginning Jan. 1.
