Times Record Folks will soon be able to head over to the old Hamburger Barn location, but this time around it will be to satisfy their sweet tooth. Construction work is being done on the old storefront at 317 Garrison Ave., a location that has sat vacant for five years, in downtown Fort Smith. It will be opened as Garrison Goodies in about six months. The new business will boast nostalgic candy from around the world, as well as homemade fudge and taffy.
