Office, the victim is identified as 63yearold robert dishman. He did i the hospital suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest. Investigators say dishman was shot during some kind of incident on ams way around 11 00 yesterday morning. Its unclear if thats dishmans home, but we spoke with the next door neighbor who says a man named bob lives at that address. He tells us he saw a heavy Police Presence there yesterday, and was surprised to hear someone was shot. Thats just crazy. I dont know.
