We begin with breaking news this noon. A federal Appeals Court issues a ruling once again impacting the states voter id law. A decision from the seventh Circuit Court of appeals means voters will again be required to show a photo id at the polls in the upcoming november election. The law has been subject to a see saw set of rulings since it month, a federal judge blocked part of the law effectively killing the provision that would require a voter to show id. But todays ruling reverses the situation again. So. Unless theres another ruling between now and november 8th. Voters will be required show an id at the polls on election day.
