Theory Design completes interior design in Santorini Model at Esplanade Lake Club Caffrey & Associates Theory Design announced that it has completed the interior design in Seagate Development Group’s Santorini model at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison just east of I-75 in Fort Myers. The gated community is positioned on a 700-acre lake. The Santorini model will be open for viewing and purchase this month. In addition to the Santorini model, the completed Genova model is now open for viewing and purchase Monday through Saturday from 10:00 until 5:00 and noon until 5:00 on Sundays.
