Created: February 03, 2021 06:50 AM ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police say a missing 2-month-old boy and his mother have been found safe. Police say Harlem Roberts was previously missing and believed to be in danger. He had been last seen with his mother, India Roberts, who was also missing. They had been last seen on West Avenue in the city of Rochester at 9:30 p.m Tuesday.  Police did not share where the two were found, or why Harlem was considered to be in danger.
