Head-on collision in Parke County results in arrest warrant for Michigan man, woman

(WTWO/WAWV) — Once released from the hospital, a Michigan man will face felony charges for “causing catastrophic injury” while operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and other drug-related charges.
