Governing Board of the American Institute of Physics Minutes of Meeting I. The Board of Governors met in response to call of the Chairman at nine thirty-five a.m., April 7, 1934, at the office of the American Institute of Physics Incorporated, 11 East 38th Street, New York, New York. Present: Chairman Compton, Messrs. Bingham, Crittenden, Dodge, Foote, Hunter, Klopsteg, Knudsen, Palmer, Pegram, Richtmyer, Tate, Waterfall, and Director Barton and Treasurer Buffum. Absent: Messers. Fletcher and Sheppard.
