National IFA Wren Sterling has purchased HB&O Financial services, a Leamington Spa-based financial planning firm serving more than 850 clients, subject to regulatory approval.
Wren Sterling Group has announced today (6 October) the acquisition of chartered firm HB&O Financial Services. This is Wren Sterling’s third acquisition since its secondary management buyout by private equity firm Lightyear Capital late last year.
