Dec 29, 2020 Sallie A. Miller, 89, of Mifflintown (Rockville), died on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020 at the Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin. Born on Aug. 28, 1931 in Mifflin, Juniata County, she is a daughter of the late Arthur C. and Beatrice E. (Saylor) Heikes. On June 18, 1949, she married her surviving husband, Ray F.
