Harry Wait, who illegally requested absentee ballots in other people's names to prove a point, said he has been subpoenaed but said he's not allowed to discuss specifics.
Harry Wait, who made bogus absentee ballot requests on behalf of about 10 people, including Racine's mayor, said he will contest certification of the Aug. 9 primary in which Assembly Speaker Robin Vos beat challenger Adam Steen in the 63rd Assembly District.
"He was a white hat hacker," Johnson said Tuesday.
