Sullivan officially dismissed the Justice Departmentâs case against Michael Flynn, but only after President Donald Trump had pardoned him the day before Thanksgiving. It never should have taken this long for Sullivan to dismiss the case, and frankly, it never should have come to this. In fact, Sullivanâs obstreperous behavior in this case has been unpardonable.
