Temporary closure and restrictions of public lands announced for Parker Races
LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. – The Bureau of Land Management Lake Havasu Field Office announces the temporary closure and restriction of selected public lands for the 2021 Best in the Desert’s Parker 250 and 425 races in La Paz County. The temporary closure will be in effect Jan. 15-16 and Feb. 19-20, 2021. The temporary restrictions will be in effect Jan. 13-16, and Feb. 17-20, 2021.
“These temporary closure and restrictions are designed to keep participants, spectators and the visiting public safe during this year’s Parker races,”
said BLM Lake Havasu Field Manager Jason West. “These precautions help ensure safe and successful events.”    ....
