Either her return or some sort of other decision about her future? yeah, look, democrats are stuck here. senator feinstein insists that she s going to serve out the remainder of her term. she s not running for re-election in 2024. she s already announced as much. democrats don t have any procedural, you know, hatchet that they can use here to try to get out of this problem. because, you know, there are so many nominees in the judiciary committee that will be voted upon on party lines, right? when she s out, it s a deadlock. it is 13 republicans, 13 democrats. you can t send anything to the senate floor. now, there are some nominees that have bipartisan support. senator lindsey graham, of course, is known for supporting a lot of democratic judicial nominees over the years, and he does support a lot of president biden s nominees. but there are a lot he doesn t support either, and those are the ones the democrats are going to have an impossible time trying to get over the hump and ....
