Which went well enough that we moved on to “Cool Runnings,” followed by “Little Giants,” “Rookie of the Year,” “The Big Green,” “Heavyweights,” “Space Jam,” “Angels in the Outfield,” “The Sandlot,” “Rudy,” “The Rookie” and “A League of Their Own.”
By the time my two oldest daughters were 9 and 11 years old, they’d seen every '90s sports movie that I could reasonably show them in good conscience, plus “Cutting Edge” and “Karate Kid” (which are kinda sports movies?), and a handful of '90s sports flicks that just happened to come out
