I also have a list of songs taped up inside a kitchen cupboard. It’s a wide-ranging list. From Justin Beiber to Charles Aznavour. Dua Lipa to Dusty Springfield. Every time I hear an iconic song, I write it down. I need this list for my dance party. My post-pandemic, move all the furniture out, roll up the carpets, blow the speakers, dance your ass off, dance party. I can hardly wait. When the doors open and the kegs are tapped, I plan on starting with something no one expects. Something that doesn’t get a lot of air play even on classic rock stations.
