Only, there s nothing illegal about the brand new speakeasy-themed small business launched by longtime bartenders and friends Heather Hubbart and Tracie Stillinger. 
The mobile bartending service is run out of a $25,000 two-horse trailer that the women had custom built. They named her Betty, and she s open for bookings now in the Panhandle. 
They provide the service, you provide the hooch.
We were thinking old Hollywood, something glam, Hubbart said Monday. We didn t want to go with the traditional white (bar), most of them you see are white. So we wanted to do something a little catchier. Something fresh. It s sharp and sexy, we like it. ....
