Voters on Tuesday approved plans by the Little Rock and Pulaski County Special school districts to refinance current bond debt and issue new bonds to raise millions of dollars for campus construction projects.

Voters in the Pulaski County Special School District who want to cast votes in the Nov. 2 election for two unopposed candidates for the district's School Board will be provided with supplemental ballots to do so.
