Palmyra pair indicted on charges they operated meth lab, endangered children
Jessica Quimby, 44, and Joseph R. Quimby, 41, were indicted last week by a Somerset County grand jury and are facing charges that include aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
