March 22, 1948 - Feb. 13, 2021 Feb 15, 2021 William E. “Cougar” Feathers, 72, of Roaring Spring, died Saturday at UPMC Altoona following a battle with COVID-19. He was born in Roaring Spring, the son of the late Irvin and Lillian (Kennedy) Feathers. He married Alice (Corle) Feathers on May 3, 1995, in Winchester.
