City Civic Arts Commission introduces Aquatic Park art installation proposals
When artist Liz Hernández was a college student, she would often bike near Berkeley Marina but never spent much time at the nearby Aquatic Park. While the park possessed its fair share of beauty, she recalled certain neglected areas that needed attention to be made more welcoming.
