Henry Boot has won planning consent for a £114m industrial and logistics scheme in the West Midlands. The group’s property development business, Henry Boot Developments (HBD), is delivering the Phoenix 10 industrial and logistics scheme on behalf of partners Walsall Council, Homes England and the West Midlands Combined Authority.
