HBD Barnfield, a joint venture partnership between property developer HBD and Barnfield Group, delivered an 18,000 sq ft Aldi supermarket at the 11,5-acre site as phase one. Work is now under way on the second plot, a Euro Garages service station incorporating a McDonald’s and a Starbucks.
