Santa Cruz City Council | Food Bin appeals delayed, culvert construction to begin

A public hearing for two appeals opposing the proposed five-story mixed-use development on the site of Food Bin and Herb Room was delayed and pushed to a Santa Cruz City Council meeting in late May after the developer submitted new plans for the project a day before the meeting.
