congress, which is a fabulous library. by far the largest library in the world. why shouldn't, it is a deposit library so every book that is produced is supposed to be deposited free of charge of the library of congress. it digitizes its holding which is somewhere around-- it is staggering. why can't it you do that and make, make sure that these holdings are preserved and made available for the country. the answer is, to problems, one copyright so you can't violate copyright and digitize it if the book is still under copyright and two, money. it cost a lot of money. however my formul...
