Last July, he decided to buy Fresh52 Farmers’ & Artisan Market with locations at Tivoli Village and at Sansone Park Place in Henderson. Thomas spent 20 years working at Las Vegas Sands Corp. and Pinnacle Entertainment before he decided to take up farming. “I didn’t feel fulfilled. I didn’t like the political side of things.
