All smiles as Craig completes 47 10km runs in memory of mum
A DEVOTED son’s mission to create a research legacy in his mum’s memory has seen Craig Potter run a staggering 47 10k runs in a row.
And so far, Craig has raised over £14,500 to fund research by Heart Research UK in his mum Theresa’s memory.
He was even spurred on by Radio 2 Breakfast Show host Zoe Ball who heard about the challenge and gave him a shout out.
Sunday, May 9 was Craig’s final run and was a particularly emotional one as it would have been his mum’s birthday made extra special as Craig’s wife Tracey and his children joined him for the final 10k effort. ....
