Charlie Ilsley passed away at 9pm on Saturday at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading surrounded by his family. He was 13. He had been taken to the hospital directly from Heathrow Airport where he was diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a condition in which an accumulation of fluid occurs within the brain.
