Putnam County man killed in head-on crash, Gallipolis, Ohio | Kanawha Valley
Ohio State Police said that Jacob Reed, 25, of Scott Depot, Putnam County, West Virginia, was killed in a vehicle driven by Valerie Gress, 25, of Winfield, Putnam County on Dec. 29, 2023 in Gallipolis, Ohio. Police said a vehicle driven in the wrong direction on Ohio Rout 735 collided head-on with Gress' vehicle, killing Reed.
