Life sentence. whether the judge gives them possibility of parole or not, that is left to be determined. at a minimum they wouldn't be eligible for parole at least until they serve 30 years. so i think that likely at least the older folk will die and i agree that federal prosecutors should continue on prosecuting because at a minimum let's get a plea out of these guys in federal court so that they have substantial time in federal court and thus in the very unlikely event that this state court case is ever overturned on appeal, and i don't it will, at least you've got that federal sentence ther...
