Sunday night to say that moammar gadhafi and his leadership have, in principle, accepted a road map towards peace. this is a huge surprise and will be astonishing if it's true. there is reason to be skeptical but president zhuma said he was optimistic. that road map includes an immediate and verifiable cease-fire allowing humanitarian aid in libya and ultimately a transition towards a new government and democracy in libya. we've not heard from gadhafi himself. but if this, in fact, is the case, this is a major breakthrough, but there is reason to be extremely cautious despite this optimism. je...
