Nelsonville teen pleads guilty to obstruction charge in Victoria Schafer case
LOGAN — A Nelsonville woman was handed a suspended sentence for one charge of obstructing official business in connection to the death of a Chillicothe photographer in Hocking Hills in 2019. Miranda M. Spencer, 20, of Nelsonville, pleaded guilty to the second-degree misdemeanor offense on Tuesday after originally being charged with obstructing justice, a third-degree felony.
