The Hoffmann Family of Companies has listed 10 acres for sale near the Washington Regional Airport for $425,000. It's the second time the company has listed property for sale.
The 125 acre lot will become The Hoffmann Lodge. The new plans include 105 rooms, as well as a tennis court, pool and spa.
