Landrum, South Carolina, founded in 1883, was named after John Landrum. Mr. Landrum bought property in this area that he later donated as the depot for the railroads. Rich in railroad history, today Landrum recently opened a brand-new farmers market which is open on Saturday mornings, often hosting up to 1000 people each Saturday. - August 22, 2023
